I had been pretty stressed because of my crooked nose, and especially when I smiled the alar wings looked overly flared, which bothered me, so while looking into surgery I ended up visiting after seeing a blog post. From the consultation onward, I said I didn’t want a dramatic height increase and wanted a natural correction without an implant, and it felt like they reflected that well. The surgery was done together with septum correction, and because my septum was a bit weak, they built a support with costal cartilage
