I've always been bothered that the tip of my nose was blunt and that the columella looked short from below. Every time I looked in the mirror, the tip of my nose seemed crushed, which felt a bit frustrating, and even from the front it looked broad and somehow unrefined. When I went in and showed them my nose, they looked at it from the side, front, and bottom, and said the tip of the nose and the columella should be looked at together. They explained where and how they would operate, and it was an atmosphere where it was easy to ask questions.
