Review

About a year ago I had autologous costal cartilage rhinoplasty with three types of rhinitis surgery, nostril lowering, silicone for the bridge, and autologous costal cartilage for the tip to lengthen it while also correcting the crooked nose. The surgery took more than 6 hours, the scar from harvesting the autologous rib cartilage was large, and it hurt. Even now, a year later, the scar is still large. I tried to correct the crooked nose, but it looks even more crooked, and the nose did get longer, but the autologous costal cartilage at the tip is sharp and shows through white.
