I went for a consultation for Kozel nose surgery, and the cost seemed more expensive than I expected. I do like that it doesn’t use an implant, but looking at the estimate, it felt like there was too much that needed to be done. I wanted a natural nose, but at this price I worried that there might not be much difference before and after. They recommended shaving down the dorsal hump a bit, but the idea of shaving bone is a little scary right now, and I’m also worried that the bridge will be lowered too much and the nose angle won’t look pretty.. Since this was my first consultation here, I want to get consultations elsewhere too. I have no surgery history, so I just keep worrying about everything.
