I went in wanting no implant, but they told me to put in an implant I felt like they would be good at surgery, but the price was more expensive than I expected. I had gone there because I was uncomfortable with implants, but they gave me an honest answer. They said it would be better to insert one because of the step difference... I also think that step difference is the problem, so I guess I will have to look around other places. It seems they just look with their eyes and do not take CT scans. The staff were also fairly kind. The surgery reviews are okay, and I have not seen any bad posts yet, so I think it would not be bad to get it done here. I liked the review photos
