About 8 years ago, I had a consultation for breast surgery, but maybe because the hospital was so busy and crowded, the consultation with the doctor was way too perfunctory. Even though breast surgery is a major operation, there was no professionalism at all; he didn't even look at my breasts or ask anything and just gave a short, robot-like consultation and ended it. Even if the doctor was busy, I still felt really upset with the consultation manager. I regret not saying a word and just leaving. They kept aggressively pushing me to book that same day...
