The director is very active on YouTube and uploads many helpful videos, so I went for a consultation. They took a CT scan first and then started the consultation. During the consultation, they showed me on the CT that my septum was deviated and recommended correcting the deviated septum. At first they recommended a full autologous-costal-cartilage nose surgery using 100% autologous costal cartilage, but in my opinion taking out costal cartilage from the start was not ideal. If silicone causes inflammation, I can just remove it later, so I decided with a nothing-to-lose mindset to have silicone + septal cartilage + ear cartilage surgery. During the consultation, the director looked similar to how he does on YouTube, which was interesting. But his energy seemed a little lower than on YouTube lol
