They recommended an autologous costal cartilage nose with white synthetic bone. I originally went in thinking of silicone plus autologous costal cartilage, so I was a little worried because it was not the surgical method I had in mind. They did understand the nose shape I wanted and the photos I showed, and did answer that they understood, but it felt like they had a specific nose shape they were aiming for, so I was not 100% satisfied. Still, both the director and the manager were kind! They seemed very confident in a white synthetic bone nose using autologous costal cartilage and a closed approach, and I think they would probably do well, but since it does not seem like a very common method, I am not sure whether I will go through with surgery...
