I had surgery 12 years ago. I used septal cartilage and silicone, but from the very first surgery there was a slight indentation on the right bridge of the nose. When I went back to the hospital then, they said the options were to fill it with filler or open the nose again, but because it was a major procedure I said I would just live with the slight dent. But now the boundary is clearly visible. Since it was 12 years ago, I do think I have used this nose well until now and I do think my nose is pretty, but because the silicone and cartilage separated and there is a step at the boundary
