There was a bit of a wait for consultation, and the director is the kind of person who says only what needs to be said. I filled out a questionnaire before the consultation, and it seems they used that to guide the counseling. I had written that I wanted a natural nose surgery, and they picked up on my needs in advance and talked only about exactly what I wanted, which was eerie. I wanted a nose surgery without an implant, but I had not written that down. Still, the director said that if they do osteotomy, silicone may not be necessary, so we discussed going with osteotomy plus only the nasal tip.
