For my first nose surgery, I only had the tip done with the septum and Alloderm, and there was a slight hump, but I was too scared to touch that. This time, with the revision surgery, I decided to have the hump corrected too. On the CT, they said the septum was in a state where it could not support the nose internally at all. The director was really kind, and his voice gave me trust too. He is an ENT specialist from Seoul National University, so I trusted his nasal expertise and booked here, but with autologous costal cartilage revision
