I had both functional nose surgery and rhinitis surgery, but my nose became slightly crooked..... It's not to the point of needing revision surgery, but it's noticeable when I look in the mirror or see photos of myself. My bridge was originally on the high side, so they didn't touch it; they just tied the tip cartilage and raised only the tip with septal cartilage. If I could go back, I would choose something other than septal cartilage. I didn't go there expecting a major aesthetic upgrade anyway; I mainly went to have the rhinitis surgery and to tidy up the tip of my nose a bit, so I wasn't expecting much.
