I had surgery here, and when the swelling was still there at first, I really liked it. But after about 1.5 to 2 years, as the swelling slowly went down, I could see that the tip of my nose was crooked too (actually, there was a slight sign of it even from the beginning after surgery), and it became way too pointy.. Still, it is not bad. My nose was ugly to begin with.. It is just that it became too pointy? Since my nose used to be so blunt before, maybe that is why... It was my first surgery, so I did not know anything and just consulted at two places
