The manager understood my needs well and organized everything really clearly in words, and the doctor’s consultation was honestly short, but he seemed strongly committed to doing surgery safely only on the parts I needed to improve. That said, since he isn’t using rib cartilage, I wanted to hear more detailed countermeasures for cases where the tip sags, but… I don’t think I could understand that part fully in just one consultation. Even if I’m not fully sure about the technical side, the fact that the doctor’s aesthetic sense matches mine, and that the manager’s consultation made the consultation fee feel worthwhile, means I’m considering going ahead with surgery too.
