I liked that I could go straight into the consultation without any waiting time, and the consultation with the director came first instead of the consultation with the director's assistant. The doctor explained Plan A and Plan B in case variables came up when opening the nose. It seemed to value safety and natural results, and I felt that they would not do an overly aggressive surgery. However, during the consultation with the director's assistant, they also went to ask the hospital about parts they did not know well, and then came back.
