I visited after watching a YouTube video because the doctor didn't seem like a typical plastic surgeon and seemed very human and trustworthy. He looked at the CT scan extremely carefully. He said it would probably look good aesthetically even if the tip of the nose were left as it is, which made me a bit doubtful. The tip of my nose is already raised very high, so if only the silicone is removed, wouldn't it become a witch nose or a saddle nose? The price is on the high side, and I don't remember exactly, but I held off partly because of the cost.
