I was very satisfied with the consultation with the doctor. It looked professional, and I trusted them because they answered the questions the patient asked sincerely and well. I am not sure if the consultation manager was just one person, but the manager who talked to me did not seem professional, and unlike other hospitals, they did not give me a business card or a separate note of the consultation. I was like, what is this? It felt like, do it if you want to do it, don’t if you don’t, so even though I was satisfied with the doctor’s consultation, I am still hesitant to make a surgery reservation.
