I visited a bit tense after seeing a few consultation reviews saying the director scolded patients, but they were kind. They also mentioned the columella deviation and pinching issue that no other clinic had brought up, and explained how they would solve it. They said that if they reused the existing septum and did a wing graft? then additional ear cartilage harvest would be needed, and the bridge would use MegaDerm (if doing the wing graft, the surgery time is extended by 30 minutes, and there is an extra charge of 1.1 million won). The manager was kind too and seemed professional. I did not have endoscopy, only palpation.
