I visited for a consultation about full nose removal. In my case, they said the donated rib cartilage in the bridge of my nose (Megaderm) would need to be removed, and that because my septum is bent, it would need to be straightened again. My nostrils, which were originally round, have become triangular, and they said they would need to use ear cartilage to normalize that and also reduce the amount of exposure itself. As for the scar tissue, they did not give a definite answer and only said it could become similar to my original nose, which made me worry about that part. I am still deciding whether to get revision surgery or have it removed.
