I was grateful that they pointed out functional issues that other hospitals had not explained to me (tilted columella, protruding septum). There was no CT or photo imaging, but compared with other doctors, they examined my nose in much more detail and also checked it with an endoscope. I trusted the plan to prioritize fundamental treatment! However, when I asked about things I was curious about, they scolded me as if to ask why I was even asking, which was upsetting. Since it is a difficult and careful operation, I thought they could answer the patient's concerns... When I showed them the nose shape I wanted, they confidently said it was possible. The surgical style differs by hospital, so I think I need to look around a bit more.
