It's not a flashy plastic surgery clinic, but it's clean and has the typical look of one. They told me my nose was such an easy case that I didn't even need an open approach, which eased a lot of my anxiety. The fact that they checked it with ultrasound also felt very professional, which I liked. The only downside was that they didn't explain things in very much detail, but from the reviews I saw that many people said the doctor explains things in great detail, so I think I should have prepared a question list.
