The cartilage at the tip of my nose made it pointy and unnatural, so I went in for a consultation about removal. I was told they would check with ultrasound, so I went, but maybe because I didn’t have silicone, they didn’t check it. Still, the consultation was detailed and I liked the surgical plan. The director clearly has an aesthetic sense for noses and understood very well the shape I wanted. The problem is that I can’t see any before-and-after photos at all, so I have to go ahead with the surgery based only on the consultation with the director, which is very concerning.
