I had a consultation for removal and they looked at it with ultrasound. I do not have silicone or anything like that, only a septal support graft without a dorsal implant, and I went because the tip of my nose was showing. They said it could be removed by taking out the septal support graft, but at [Clinic A] and at [Clinic B], where I had surgery before, they said that if the septal graft were removed I would feel a strong sense of loss and my nose would sag so I would want to put it back in, and they did not recommend it aesthetically. Here they just said it could be taken out and that was it.. There are no post-op photos, and there has recently been a lack of communication regarding dissatisfaction after surgery and reviews about failed results
