First of all, the staff members and the consultation manager were very kind. At first the doctor seemed kind, but as the consultation went on, he got agitated because it wasn't going the way he wanted. It felt like, why do you keep talking about things that aren't right...? I wasn't the one bringing it up over and over; I only asked about it twice. That was because when I first asked the doctor, he didn't give a clear answer... From my perspective as the patient, I didn't know, so I wanted to ask and hear the doctor's opinion too, but the more he got agitated, the more I couldn't understand what he was saying. I was like, what am I supposed to do with this...? It felt like I could somehow see his personality, so I just wrapped up the consultation roughly. After the consultation, I didn't feel like I wanted the surgery at all.
