I had a CT scan, and before meeting the doctor, I talked with the counselor. They felt like they were recommending too many procedures. Because I have a sunken face, they suggested fat grafting, cheek augmentation, and nose surgery to lift the nose as much as possible. It sounds nice, but personally it felt too excessive and like it would cause trouble, and since I was only thinking about my nose, it felt burdensome. It wasn't a good consultation for me.
