I had a hump nose and a crooked nose (a high nose), and I had surgery with autologous costal cartilage, without silicone or any implant.!! Because nose revision and re-revision are so common, my top priority was to avoid side effects and keep it natural, even if it meant being less pretty, so I asked them to do only enough to remove my complex, and I'm satisfied. It doesn't look like I had surgery at all, and I only get told that my nose is pretty.
