I was thinking about a surgery without implants and went there with high expectations, but I only had a short consultation with Dr. Kang Eun-taek and that was it. Instead, I talked in detail with the consultation manager about my needs. They said there was no septal cartilage available, so they would only use ear cartilage, but since I have a thick nose tip skin on a bulbous nose, I’m worried whether it can provide enough support. When I mentioned costal cartilage, they said there was no need to use it if they were not inserting silicone and not raising the nose tip very high anyway.
