I went after seeing photo reviews and because it matched my preference for a natural-looking nose. I had my first surgery with the septum, but because there was still a hump and my nose was blocked, I wanted a revision. First, to share the consultation memo I made back then: 'Raise the nasal tip with ear cartilage and add autologous costal cartilage to both sides of the septum to reconstruct the weak areas. Shave down the hump and fill the step-off slightly with cartilage. Because the nasal skin doesn't stretch well, if you raise the tip with the septum, the overall septum
