It was a revision rhinoplasty, and I had the tip lowered because it was too high and the bridge width was too narrow. To conclude, I am quite satisfied with the result. The tip that used to look too stiff now looks much softer, and the bridge width has widened naturally. The tip that looked too high from the side has also become more natural, which was the part I most wanted to improve. Since the surgery lowered the nasal tip, there is a little scar tissue left around the nostril area, but I am living with the hope that it will improve over time. Overall I am satisfied. My own aesthetic sense is
