The most important thing, first of all, was that they emphasized over and over that no scar should be left, and they said to do the second-generation philtrum reduction, so I agreed and went ahead. I didn't get many scars, that's true, but I got acne so I ended up with a scar on the stitch area.... Still, I figured there was nothing I could do. The philtrum reduction definitely worked. How should I put it... as the part above the upper lip got more tension, it gave the face a cute pouty expression. There was no pressure to have surgery, and they recommended only the amount that would look pretty.
