It's been almost 10 years since I had my nose surgery here. I had hump nose tip osteotomy here. At first it looked pretty. But little by little the tip started to droop, and then my nostrils became asymmetrical and my nose turned into a hooked nose. I developed a deviated septum and rhinitis, so my nose runs all the time and I can't breathe when I sleep. When I went somewhere else and had a CT scan, they said the silicone was also crooked. Actually, right after surgery I already said it was crooked, but they didn't listen to me and said it was swelling, then stuffed something like cotton into the almost blocked nasal cavity and told me to wait because the bent part would straighten out. It didn't straighten out.
