I went for a nose surgery consultation. I went there planning to do the bridge and tip, but they said the tip was already high and that the bridge alone would probably be enough! They said they could also do the tip if I wanted. From that, it seems like they don't recommend unnecessary procedures. The director and the staff were all kind.
