I visited for nose surgery, and when I went there, there weren't many people, but I felt like the consultation was done carelessly. First of all, the consultation manager's attitude was extremely perfunctory, and the director said that along with the nose surgery, my nostrils were uneven (a thing I had never heard before, and it wasn't obvious enough for me to notice), and then also recommended a paranasal augmentation. But I didn't have anything like sunken nasolabial folds that would make me need paranasal augmentation..; if anything, wouldn't it end up looking monkey-like if done wrong? They also kept suggesting other procedures besides the one I wanted, and it didn't feel like they were properly checking me at all.
