I went for a consultation a year ago. The manager's impression was extremely warm, so it felt more like I had gone to a church than a plastic surgery clinic. The director spent about 30 minutes on the consultation, which was really long. They explained things well while looking at the CT, and they were quite honest. I liked that they didn't say the results of surgery would definitely be good.
