My body was so thin that my breast pocket was small, so a wide implant couldn't be inserted, and I had a full Motiva implant placed. I was treated by the chief surgeon, and when he said to go with an implant in the low 200s, I went in thinking 300, so I felt like the world was collapsing. I ended up with just under 300, and maybe because of that, the feel isn't great. This place only does armpit incisions, and even though I was told the scar looked like an armpit crease, after 1 year it now clearly looks like a scar, so I absolutely can't lift my arm.
