At the time of surgery around 2010, I had a 250 cc smooth type implant. At first the swelling went down and I was satisfied with both the shape and the feel, but soon the lower fold collapsed and two underlines formed Even after a stitch-type treatment, it didn't hold, so I switched to a textured implant.
