I went there expecting them to be prickly, but they were warmer than I thought and not prickly at all... The managers had kind of a businesslike style, and there was no pressure to put down a deposit. Director Oh was fine. I do not get why the reviews say they are prickly.... The hospital is big and clean. Director Oh explained things well. Not bad. They also showed me the expected shape in advance, and the shape was very pretty, and they said it would turn out well. And since they said he was old, I thought he would be really old, but he was just different.
