The doctor is reserved, but answers all your questions. The manager has been there for a long time too, so they really seem to understand nose anatomy well, and they looked over my face carefully, which made me feel like I was being paid attention to. Overall it’s a quiet hospital. Still, the level of kindness was lower than I expected from the phone call.
