I had surgery with dermis, but it ended up being too low. There are no side effects, but I'm not satisfied with the shape, so I think I'll need revision surgery. The staff and the doctor were very kind. I wanted to improve my bulbous nose, but it wasn't improved. I hoped this would be my last surgery.
