I became interested in this director after watching him on YouTube. It really does seem different when one private-practice director has been running the clinic alone for a long time. He spoke in a calm, gentle way, and it seems he recommends doing a paranasal augmentation together when getting nose surgery. A friend I know also had it done here, so I'm thinking it over.
