It’s been 2 years since I had nose surgery with donated rib cartilage, and it definitely photographs prettier. My nasal bridge was originally ordinary, and my nose tip was high and thick with a small nostril base, a bulbous nose, so I do think they brought out as much as they could from my own nose.
