I suddenly spiraled into an appearance anxiety episode and made a pretty impulsive booking, but he really felt like an honest doctor. He looked at my nose and asked why I was trying to do anything when my natural nose didn't really have any flaws. Other hospitals felt like they were trying to sell me something no matter what, but this doctor seems to avoid unnecessary procedures as much as possible? But then he picked out the points that could still be developed further and explained how to proceed. Honestly, after hearing the director's words, I ended up on my own
