Looking at the before-and-after photos, I thought this clinic would be good for getting the kind of nose I want or a natural result, so I booked a consultation. They said they would decide on silicone around 4-6 mm depending on the situation, and that they do not separately do functional nose surgery. For the nasal tip and columella area, they use costal cartilage, and for building up the tip they use septal cartilage, and they said they do not use ear cartilage. I said I did not want an implant and only wanted to narrow the nasal bridge, and they told me that nasal alar reduction alone could still be effective, but they were not sure whether the hollowness would be fixed, and they were being quite frank
