I found out about them through a blog a long time ago and contacted them by email, and even though they must have been tired of it, they replied to everything I asked about. I also visited in person, and during the consultation I had already asked all my questions by email, so on site I just asked the director about full removal or leaving the tip of the nose, and heard the prices. The price, actually, seemed different between partial removal and full removal, but one of them was a little cheaper
