The consultation was detailed and they also made suggestions from an aesthetic perspective, but the surgery explanation was conservative and safety-first. For my first contracture, they said to lower it using ear cartilage double-layered rather than costal cartilage. And if I wanted to raise the bridge of the nose, they said we could try reusing a thin silicone implant, but they strongly advised against it. They said there are no photo-verification discounts or anything like that, and that the price is fixed. They also said that another clinic recommending costal cartilage is all just sales tactics.
