The facility isn't as flashy as some other hospitals, but the doctor kept feeling my nose and checking it, and answered my questions with expertise. The counselors were also kind, and this is one of the hospitals I'm considering. The doctor accurately identified the part I was worried about, and if I do have surgery, he showed me blog posts about similar cases to explain how it would proceed. Another hospital's post-op results seemed uncertain
