This was the hospital for my first nose surgery. They were so confident and said they would make me stunning, so I got tempted and went under the knife. Before surgery, they clearly told me that the alar reduction scar would not be noticeable, but after surgery I saw that it was an external incision, and they cut and stitched from the middle of the nose flesh instead of the rim of the tip. One side was done by the surgeon, and I don’t know who did the other side, but I have no idea why my nostrils were left looking like scraps of cloth stitched together. I went back, and they acted all relaxed
