I made a reservation and visited purely for cosmetic purposes after hearing word of mouth that this place was famous. It was a weekday lunchtime and it was raining, but there were still a lot of people waiting. I brought a list of things I was curious about, and I liked how they dug deeply into each question and explained everything; it felt almost like attending a lecture. Since it was my first consultation, I was honestly pretty tense and worried that I might get sold something or that it might be excessive, but because they spent so long on the consultation, I felt it was hard to dismiss it as just sales talk.
