I came across them by chance on Instagram, so I went. My first impression was that the staff looked very unwilling to work zz I was told to come in for photos, and I thought they were going to take a CT scan, but they only took a picture of my side profile with a camera. Then they said the director was in surgery, so I had to wait. (That was my fault for being late to my appointment;; but I did say so..) I hadn't requested a specific director, so I just asked to be seen by another one, and after waiting about 10 minutes, they came and consulted with me. In advance
