It seemed well known for revision rhinoplasty, so I went for a consultation~ The director carefully checked my skin condition, the inside of my nose, and the structure in detail. I said I wanted a rounder tip, a slightly higher bridge between the eyes, and to make the nostrils much smaller, and they calculated my facial proportions and even drew a sketch to explain why doing that would look unnatural and what functional side effects could happen. I also said I wanted to fix the fact that my nose is a bit tilted, but while it is true that it is not straight, they said that to correct it I would have to do osteotomy and change the position of the nose itself, and that it was not such a bad shape that it needed such a big operation, so they did not recommend surgery for that separately. Rather than mass-producing the exact shape I wanted, it was a consultation I trusted because, from an expert's perspective, they discouraged surgeries that were unnecessary or likely to be a loss. I got a rough idea of how my nose would need to be revised. I still have other hospitals booked for consultations, but the manager also gave me a business card and told me to take my time, hear from all of them, and contact them only after deciding carefully since it would be revision surgery. Maybe because they do a lot of revision cases here, I could consult comfortably. If there is no hospital that explains revision methods as thoroughly and realistically as this one, I think I would get my revision surgery from Director Song~ I recommend this hospital to people who want revision surgery done naturally.
